The potting of 703D colloidal silicone rubber is completed in 2~3 times. The potting surface is uniform and smooth, and the potting height is consistent with the opening of the heat shrinkable tube and all the gaps are potted.
Assembling the connector: The harness connector is mainly composed of pins, housing, tail clip, sealing plug, secondary lock and other parts. Connectors are divided into male connectors and female connectors. Insert the terminal into the corresponding connector socket according to the insertion point required by the drawing, install a blind plug in accordance with the technical requirements in the vacant position, and pot the incoming end of the non-waterproof connector with GD-414 silicone rubber.
Process requirements: When inserting terminals, pay attention to the direction of terminal insertion, and the side of the terminal hook is consistent with the direction of the internal limit end of the connector. The terminal should be inserted straight to avoid skewing of the terminal. Insert the terminal into the wire inlet hole of the connector until a “click” sound is heard. Pull the wire lightly to check whether the terminal is locked correctly. Use the principle of “push-pull-push” to carry out self-inspection. When you hear a clear sound, it means that the plug-in terminal has been locked by the buckle inside the connector. Pull the wire by hand and push the plug-in terminal forward if there is no pull-out phenomenon. terminal.
The inlet end of the non-waterproof connector is potted with GD-414 silicone rubber, no leaks, no missing spots, the potting surface is even and smooth, and the front end of the plug has no overflow.
