Error-proofing technology refers to any kind of device or facility that can prevent human error from happening, or can make people detect errors at a glance. According to the effect of error-proofing, error-proofing technology can be divided into the following three levels:
● Error proofing without manufacturing defects, that is, it is impossible to manufacture bad parts, and the number of parts that may be damaged is zero;
● Error proofing without passing defects, that is, it is impossible to pass bad parts to the next station;
● Do not accept error proofing of defects, that is, subsequent stations do not accept bad parts.
