Material selection of wire core
Metals as conductive materials need to have inherent advantages such as excellent electrical conductivity, sufficient mechanical strength, not easy to oxidize, resist corrosion, easy to process, easy to weld, and rich in resources. In terms of conductor performance alone, silver is the best, followed by copper and aluminum.
The core wire of the high-voltage wire is generally made of a single metal. According to the material classification, it can be divided into copper wires (including tinned copper wires, annealed soft copper wires and hard copper wires) and aluminum wires.
