Self-checking test–insulation resistance test
The insulation resistance test is used to verify the resistance value between any two high-voltage connector terminals in the high-voltage wiring harness assembly, as well as between the shielding end and the terminal. The parts assembly will not form an electrical circuit, which will bring potential electric shock risk to the relevant personnel.
The insulation resistance test needs to be completed within 3 hours after the last round of testing of the sample to avoid the phenomenon of test failure caused by the intrusion of pollutants caused by the sample being exposed to the outside for a long time.
