The shielding ring material is generally copper (copper has excellent thermal conductivity, ductility and corrosion resistance). Other auxiliary materials such as conductive tape, copper foil and tape can be selected according to actual processing requirements.
Shield treatment
In order to reduce the impact of external electromagnetic fields on power supply or communication lines, high-voltage cables often need to ground the shielding layer. Shield grounding is usually handled in two ways: single-ended shielding and double-ended shielding. Single-ended grounding is suitable for short-length lines, while power cables are grounded on both sides; most high-voltage connectors require housing and shielding. Layer overlap, U/V/W three-item cables need to contact shielding, as well as lead shielding, etc.
