Battery balancing method
Different car companies adopt different design concepts for the BMS algorithm, and the range of vehicle overcharge and overdischarge is also different. Some models are limited to 60% of the capacity, usually charged to 80%, and discharged to 20%.
Low-power batteries may self-discharge after long-term storage. The practice of limiting the use capacity is essentially to retain part of the power and reduce the probability of over-discharge due to battery self-discharge.
