Screw-fixed plastic cable ties are mainly used in areas where holes cannot be opened to strictly prevent rainwater, dust, etc. from entering the passenger compartment. Used in conjunction with bolts or screws, the screws are generally M5~M8, and the wire harness assembly is fixed by pre-welding on the screws of the front wall baffle. Usually, this kind of tie is more common in the following two parts:
● the front compartment of the engine, where the engine wiring harness and the wiring harness between the engine compartment and the passenger compartment are fixed;
● the wheel hubs on both sides of the rear seats in the passenger compartment and the rear luggage compartment area.
