EMC design of power supply part
Case: The ignition coil and the air flow meter share the same power supply line. The reverse voltage generated on the ignition coil interferes with the air flow meter, causing damage to its internal modules.
Sensor electrical devices that are sensitive to power fluctuations cannot share the power supply with electrical devices such as ignition coils that have large voltage fluctuations.
Sensor-like electrical devices that are sensitive to power fluctuations cannot share the power supply with inductive electrical devices with large voltage fluctuations.
For some sensors and actuators that have particularly high power requirements, the power supply needs to be supplied to the control unit, and then provided after processing by the control unit.
