● The connectors of all wire harnesses should be arranged in a position within reach, and a certain length of wire harnesses should be reserved at the end of the connector to facilitate plugging and unplugging.
● The wiring harness of the fuse box should have enough margin to facilitate the disassembly of the fuse box.
● Color, size, internal positioning and other methods should be applied to the connectors in the same part to prevent wrong installation.
● In order to maintain the gap between the wire harness and the periphery in some positions, use a bracket or a splint to ensure that the wire harness is not deformed.
● The wiring harness above the engine, such as power cord, grounding wire, etc., if it is too messy, a wiring harness junction box can be developed, and the layout and wiring can be concentrated in the box. At the same time, the fuse can also be placed in the junction box to avoid placing External cause water short circuit.
