OS-CON type capacitors on the market today can withstand high temperatures of 125°C, but most still stay at 105°C.
Although the performance of OS-CON type capacitors is significantly better than that of traditional aluminum electrolytic capacitors, they tend to be larger and have higher ESR than ceramic capacitors or solid polymer tantalum capacitors.
