To reduce the turn-off speed of the upper tube, there are several ways to adjust:
● Increase the external series drive resistor RG-H1 of the upper tube gate
● Add a series resistance between the upper tube bootstrap drive circuit VB and CB
● Increase the PCB lead inductance in series with the external source of the upper tube
Method 3 is a solution that has the least impact on turn-off loss and system efficiency, especially when the system operates at high frequencies.
