Taking the carburizing treatment of steel as an example, the traditional method is oil seal cooling, but now green manufacturing requires the transformation and development of technology, gradually using gas instead of oil, that is, using vacuum high-pressure gas quenching technology. In order to provide a faster cooling rate, the pressure required is getting higher and higher, and the original old heat treatment equipment can no longer meet the current production needs. Therefore, thermal processing enterprises need to upgrade many old equipment and iterate into new equipment and new technologies with stronger cooling capacity.
