The first major segment is tool/mold processing known as the “mother of industry”. At present, vacuum heat treatment processing has become an irreplaceable advanced technology in tool/mold production. In this huge sector of the industry, a revolutionary new trend has emerged in recent years, that is, the integrated die-casting process introduced by new energy vehicle companies. The chassis base, which requires 70 to 100 parts for splicing in the traditional stamping process, can now be finished with only one die-casting process, which can greatly reduce time, production line and labor costs. The upgrading of this process requires larger die-casting molds, and the ton level of the vacuum furnace is increased from 2 tons to more than 10 tons. Thermal processing enterprises urgently need to break through the key technology for large-scale mold processing.
