Inspection.
First inspection: Before crimping terminals of various types, carry out tension tests on the crimping of the terminals, report to the inspection department for inspection, fill in the pull test record form truthfully, in duplicate, sign by the inspector, and report to the inspection department, and keep one copy for the team share.
Self-inspection: Conduct self-inspection after each process of wiring harness production is completed, and fill in the self-inspection form truthfully.
Three inspections: terminal crimping, terminal welding, terminal plugging, and contact connection self-inspection process for video multimedia recording, the operator of the same process conducts other inspections, and inspectors conduct random inspections of multimedia records.
Full inspection: The appearance, size, and continuity of the wiring harness assembly of each set of wiring harness are fully inspected by the inspector.
Process requirements: Strengthen the inspection of the wire harness production process, strictly implement the inspection process for each wire harness assembly, and fill in the inspection records truthfully.
