Quality requirements for battery compartment wiring harness:
● Make sure that the electric pile head of the battery is in close contact with the power line and cannot be loosened.
● Apply a layer of Vaseline or butter to the wiring pile head to prevent the wiring pile head from oxidation and rust.
● Pay attention to the polarity when connecting the battery cable, and do not reverse the connection.
● It is strictly forbidden to conduct electric welding and gas welding near the battery.
● It is strictly forbidden to pass the tool over the battery.
● The wiring harness cannot interfere with sharp edges and corners. If it interferes, protective measures must be taken (and the keel strip/corrugated tube must not fall off), and the wiring harness does not shake.
● When the wire harness is fixed in the white pipe clip, the consistency of the arrangement sequence of the vehicle wire harness of the same batch must be ensured.
● After accurate wiring, straighten the wire harnesses and arrange them neatly, and use cable ties to bind and fix the excess wire harnesses firmly.
● The wire harness must be straight, tidy, and beautiful, without shaking or force, without friction and interference, and hidden as much as possible.
● Relay boxes and electrical control units must have explanatory labels on the exposed parts.
