Make labels. Paste a PET self-adhesive name label on the end of the wire harness; paste a paper label on the plastic bag and carton after the wire harness assembly is packaged; print the two types of labels with a printer and paste them.
Process requirements: When pasting, the wide edge of the label is parallel to the wire harness, and the label is not skewed. Overlapping label edges are aligned and the label is flat. The pasting action is completed at one time, so as to avoid uncovering and pasting again if the position is found to be improper during the pasting process. The surface of the label is flat, without wrinkles, warping, etc.
Wire harness continuity detection. For mass-produced models, wire harness conduction tooling is made, and a continuity tester is connected for conduction detection; for small-batch-produced models, a multimeter is used for conduction detection.
Process requirements: Each wire harness assembly must be tested for wire harness continuity, and the positions of each wire are correct, and there are no short circuits, open circuits, virtual connections, etc.
