Heat shrink tubing. Before assembling the connector, first insert the heat-shrinkable tube with glue into the end of the wire harness. After the connector is assembled, the heat-shrinkable tube fixes the corrugated tube and the tail of the connector without exposed wires and has a waterproof effect.
Process requirements: When heating the heat-shrinkable tube with glue, the electric heating equipment should be adjusted to 250-350°C, and the processed product should be heated evenly, moving slowly, and should not stay in one place for more than 10s; the heat-shrinkable tube without glue should be baked When heating, the heat gun should be adjusted to 150-250°C, and the processed product should be heated evenly, moving slowly, and not staying in one place for more than 2 seconds. After the heat shrinking is completed, the surface of the heat shrinkable tube is clean, smooth, and free from damage, cracks, wrinkles, bulging, and edge warping at both ends. Pull one end by hand without displacement, disengagement, and exposed terminal crimping parts.
