This is a series of new challenges for OEMs. In order to alleviate consumers’ range anxiety, manufacturers install larger batteries in vehicles, and therefore require charging sockets that can safely provide higher currents, thereby shortening charging time and optimizing charging efficiency according to the temperature feedback of charging sockets.
At the same time, OEMs also require charging sockets that are easy to assemble and install, while being adaptable to a variety of requirements (including various regional standards, different electrical architectures and vehicle platforms).
