High pressure test
The high-voltage test referred to here is aimed at the high-voltage wiring harness assembly parts, rather than individual high-voltage wires. It is mainly used to check whether there are potential insulation defects in the wiring harness assembly during the manufacturing process, resulting in the risk of electric shock to the relevant operators.
Use a high-voltage tester to test the samples that have been stored at room temperature for at least one hour. According to the test specification requirements of the “Test Voltage and System Voltage Relationship Table”, measure between the connector terminals, the connector terminals and the insulating layer. Apply the voltage value between the terminals, and measure the leakage voltage between the terminals, between the terminals and the insulating layer, and take the reading after 1 minute.
