Design of Residual Discharge Protection for High Voltage System
There is a large amount of capacitance due to the presence of a large amount of capacitance in high-voltage components such as motor controllers and electric air conditioners in high-voltage systems. When the high-voltage main circuit is disconnected, there is still a high voltage and electric energy in the high-voltage system due to the existence of the capacitor of the high-voltage component. In order to avoid harm to people and cars, after the high-voltage system is cut off, the high-voltage power of the capacitor should be released through the resistor connected in parallel in the high-voltage system.
Overview of safety management when stationary
When the car is parked, the high-voltage safety management system needs to perform an insulation measurement on the high-voltage power grid system at regular intervals (20 s or 30 s), that is, to determine whether there is an insulation fault in the high-voltage power grid system. Power lines, electric drive systems (motor controller and motor three-phase lines), and wires connecting accessories to high-voltage equipment. When an insulation fault is detected and the fault persists, the meter will display an insulation fault indication to alert the driver.
