Fully consider the actual situation of wiring harness assembly
After investigation and analysis, the wiring harness in the cab is protected by braided mesh, which solves the problems of small space in the instrument panel and difficult assembly of the wiring harness.
Fix the braided mesh at the branch: thread the braided mesh into the main wire harness, then thread the braided mesh of the corresponding specification into each branch wire harness to the branch point, and then wrap the ends of the braided mesh of each wire harness with tape to fix (full winding). Fold the opening of the braided net of the main harness inward by 50 mm, wrap the braided net completely with the fixing tape, then wrap the tape around the folded point (point wrapping), and then tie it with cable ties. After fixing, the size of the branch point meets the requirements of the drawing.
