Different from the low-voltage wiring harness system, the high-voltage wiring harness system is used with high-voltage electricity, and the application environment in the car is harsh, and the safety requirements are extremely high. Therefore, in production and processing, the requirements of processing technology determine the performance of high-voltage wire harnesses. The following four aspects are mainly considered in the preparation of the production process: ① material selection; ② shielding layer treatment; ③ quality control; ④ product application issues. According to the above four aspects, this paper analyzes the processing technology and proposes solutions.
