The waveform alignment setting is incorrect.
In the state of using the automatic trigger, when the alignment is OFF and the position is wrong, the position of the actual pressure waveform and the reference waveform do not match, and an error occurs. The position of waveform alignment is usually 40% on the right, and in the case of a servo-driven press, it may be appropriate to set it at 70% on the left.
Pressure waveform identification error.
There is a large interference waveform in front of the main waveform. This interference waveform is higher than the trigger level and is regarded as the main waveform and is misinterpreted.
In the automatic trigger mode, set the appropriate trigger level; in the external trigger mode, set the appropriate delay time and measurement time.
