Wire cutting and wire marking (wire number). The wire marking (wire number) is to mark both ends of the wire with a cutting and marking all-in-one machine according to the wire schedule and technical requirements.
Process requirements: The cutting length of the wire should be the length of the crimping area of ​​the terminal. After cutting, the insulation skin has no napping, and the inner core wire of the cut surface conductor has no damage or breakage.

Sub-line. After the wires of the same wire number are cut in batches, each wire is grouped into a set of wire harnesses.
Technological requirements: After straightening out the wires of the same line number, they are grouped by using the branching tooling board, and the bundled wires are placed on the pay-off frame and marked, so that the wire harness is smooth without twisting or messy phenomena.
