The high-voltage wire harness is usually arranged and fixed along the body sheet metal. During the operation of the vehicle, vibration cannot be avoided, so all high-voltage wire harnesses need to be fixed well. All kinds of fixing parts make the relative movement between the high-voltage wire harness and the car body as small as possible, and at the same time play a role in fixing, protecting and guiding the high-voltage wire harness.
Due to its high strength, the high-voltage wire harness needs to be treated differently according to the length of the wire harness. Generally, it is required to use smooth and burr-free brackets, wire slots, wire clips, cable ties, etc. for fixing; when fixing with cable ties, the fixing method should be fully considered. In order to facilitate the selection of suitable cable ties for fixation, avoid the risk of fixation failure. There are requirements for selection, design and specifications of cable ties for cable buckles.
Round holes are used to fix, usually using one-piece fixed cable tie with wedge-shaped fixed head, one-piece fixed cable tie with fir tree-shaped fixed head.
Welding stud fixing, usually using one-piece welding stud fixing cable tie, isolated double-clamp cable tie with welding stud fixing part.
Pipe-type fixing, use cable ties and pipe clamp-type buckle components to fix the outer side of the high-voltage wire harness.
The edge of the plate is fixed, and for the metal plate whose edge does not exceed 3mm, use the edge buckle to fix it.
