Grounding point requirements
● The location of the grounding point should be convenient for installation and maintenance, and the lap joint should meet the torque requirements. ● Each ground point should not be connected to more than 2 lugs. ● The grounding point should not be arranged in the strong splash area and the water accumulation area. ● The grounding point is not allowed to be arranged on metal parts connected by bolts, such as doors. When the instrument panel frame is set with a ground point, it is only allowed when it is welded to the body. ● For places where the thickness of the body sheet metal is less than 3mm, the welding nut solution is recommended. For thick plates larger than 3mm, it is recommended to use self-tapping screws for grounding installation.
