The function of the high-voltage wiring harness is to connect various high-voltage electrical devices and play the role of transmitting high-voltage power. From the above figure, we can clearly see the connection relationship of various components in the high-voltage system. All the arrowed wires between each part are high voltage wires. The high-voltage wiring harness mainly includes fast-charging high-voltage lines, slow-charging high-voltage lines, high-voltage lines from battery packs to PDUs, and high-voltage lines from PDUs to MCUs. Affected by the layout of the whole vehicle, these high-voltage wiring harnesses are our focus, and other high-voltage wirings are sometimes brought by the components.
