Improve the appearance quality of wiring harness
The tail clip of the connector at the end of the branch wire harness and the port of the bellows are protected by heat shrinkable tubes with glue, instead of being protected by electrical insulating tape. The appearance is beautiful, sealed and waterproof.
After technological analysis, pay attention to the following points during operation.
The length of the heat-shrinkable tube should be tightly fixed at the tail of the connector/aviation connector and the tail of the corrugated tube. It should not be too long to avoid affecting the installation of the wiring harness.
When the connector with buckle is heat-shrinked, the heat-shrinkable tube should not shrink beyond the buckle, so as to prevent the buckle from being unusable after being heat-shrinked.
After confirming that the specification and size of the heat shrinkable tube are correct, put on the sleeve in advance.
For the protection of exposed wires, use heat-shrinkable heat-shrinkable tubes without glue for single wires, and heat-shrinkable heat-shrinkable tubes with glue for the tail of the bellows and the tail of the harness.
