Process content of the front harness:
● The wire harness must be fixed with the body wire clip.
● The wiring to the headlight should be vertically downward to prevent water from entering the light along the line.
● The wiring with the electric horn should ensure that the wiring direction of the power line and the control line are consistent, and the wiring is firm and reliable.
● The holes must be protected with rubber rings and sealed with glue.
Process parameters:
● The wiring harness fixed point spacing (300~400) mm.
● Activity margin (30~50) mm.
● There must be fixed points at both ends of the insert (30-50) mm.
Quality requirements:
● The wiring harness must be straight and tidy, not overhanging, not interfering with friction, and must be firmly fixed.
● Corrugated tubes, black rubber, etc. should be used to protect the sharp corners of the wiring harness, and the protection should be fixed firmly and cannot fall off.
● The plug-in body should be plugged in correctly and securely. There should be fixed points at both ends of the plug-in body (30-50) mm, and a movable margin (30-50) mm should be left at the plug-in body.
