Process content of battery compartment wiring harness:
● When installing the battery, connect the positive pole to the live wire first, then connect the two battery wires (bridge wires), and finally connect the ground wire (for Euro IV engines, connect the ground wire first, then the battery connection wire, and then connect the FireWire).
● When removing the battery, first remove the ground wire, then remove the two battery connecting wires (bridge wires), and finally remove the live wire (for Euro IV engines, first remove the live wire, then remove the battery connecting wire, and then remove the ground wire Wire).
● If the pole and chuck are seriously oxidized and rusted, the battery should be returned to the warehouse.
● The sealing plate of the wire harness passing compartment body should be fixed with white plastic pipe clamps. If there is no pipe clamp, it must be protected by the wire passing rubber ring, and the wire passing rubber ring should not be loose, and it should be sealed with sealant.
● Relay boxes and other electrical control units should be placed neatly, fixed firmly, and wired correctly according to the wire number and wire color. The wire harness is required to be inserted from the bottom to the top to prevent water mist from entering the electrical components along the wire harness.
● When wiring along the sealing plate in the cabin, holes must be fixed with body line clips.
