Instrument main wiring harness process content:
Generally, the main wiring harness is fixed on the front instrument beam with plastic cable ties. If the cable tie cannot be fixed, it must be fixed with the instrument line clip or the body line clip (use a hand electric drill to punch a hole on the front instrument beam, and fix the body line clip or instrument line clip on the beam to fix the wiring harness).
Process parameters: The distance between fixed points shall not be greater than 200mm.
Quality requirements:
● The harness fixing points are properly spaced. The wiring harness should be arranged neatly. There should be at least 150mm maintenance margin for the length of the wire harness, and the branch wire harnesses with the reserved margin should be stacked neatly and tied firmly with cable ties.
● When fixing the wiring harness, it is necessary to consider not to squeeze and damage the wiring harness when installing the instrument panel and other components, and to protect the wiring harness so that it will not be damaged when there are operations such as opening holes and nailing.
