Process content of electrical compartment wiring harness under the driver’s window:
● The chassis wiring harness and the main wiring harness must have protection measures when they enter the cabin body through the sealing plate: the round hole should be sealed with rubber ring, and it should be sealed with glue; the sharp edge should be corrugated or black rubber floor leather.
● All kinds of electrical control units should be neatly arranged vertically according to the installation position, fixed firmly, and connected correctly according to the wire number and wire color.
● When wiring in the cabin, use the body line card to punch holes or fix it with cable ties.

Quality requirements:
● The protective measures should be firm and cannot fall off. The glued area should be evenly coated and opaque, and there should be no leakage or incomplete glueing.
● After accurate wiring, straighten and arrange the wire harnesses neatly, and use cable ties to bind and fix the excess wire harnesses firmly. There must be a margin (30~50) mm at the maintenance, insertion, and moving parts.
● The wiring harness must be straight, tidy, and beautiful, without shaking or force, without friction and interference, and hidden as much as possible.
● The electrical control unit must have an explanatory label on the exposed part.
