VOITH automatic transmission process content:
● After the wiring harnesses on both sides of the gearbox ECU are installed, a space of at least 100mm should be reserved outside the wiring harnesses for easy maintenance, otherwise the wiring harnesses cannot be disassembled.
● The bending radius of the wire harness should not be less than 20mm, and there must be a good transition.
● The connector of the gearbox and ECU connection cable should be slowly screwed in when plugging in, and it will automatically lock when it is in place, and it cannot be operated with brute force.

Process parameters:
● A space of more than 100mm should be reserved on both sides of the ECU wiring harness.
● The bending radius of the wire harness cannot be less than 20mm.
● Wire harness fixing point spacing (300~400)mm.

Quality requirements:
● According to the different positions of the transmission ECU, solenoid valve, sensor and CAN bus interface, the wire harness is routed along the body frame and bracket according to the body wire harness, fixed firmly, the distance between the fixed points of the wire harness is (300-400) mm, and the redundant wire harness is bundled neatly , it is required not to bear force, not to interfere with friction, not to squeeze and hang.
● When the alarm prompts that there is a problem with the connection, reflect it with a small mirror to see if the pin is crooked. If you use a tool to straighten it slowly, it is still plugging.
● ECU and electrical control unit should have explanatory signs on the exposed parts.
