Features of RIM processing technology

● The energy consumption is relatively less, and the liquid raw material system only needs a lower heating temperature, and there is no need to reuse high-temperature baking or melting raw materials. The system is exothermic during reaction and curing, the working temperature of the mold is low, the requirement for input energy such as electricity is low, and there is no need to reheat the raw materials at high temperature, and the production is not energy-intensive.
● Since the mold cavity pressure is relatively low during the reaction process, the high pressure mold clamping system is not needed, which can save energy consumption of the mold clamping system of the equipment, and the structure of the equipment becomes simple. The lower mold cavity pressure also makes the selection of mold materials easier, usually aluminum, epoxy resin and other materials are suitable, and lower mold costs can be obtained.
