There are many ways to fix the high-voltage wiring harness. According to the conditions of different areas of the vehicle, different fixing parts can be reasonably selected. When arranging, the following rules are generally followed:
Insulation properties
No matter what kind of fixing/protecting parts (avoid the use of iron parts), they should have insulation properties and be fully protected to prevent them from corroding and rusting, which will affect their fixing reliability.
Arrangement distance of fixing parts
In order to reduce the influence of the swing of the high-voltage wire harness on the connector or the crimping terminal, when the high-voltage wire harness is arranged, it is necessary to fix it for the first time at a position not greater than 120mm from the tail of the connector.
If the high-voltage wire harness cannot be laid in the wire duct, it needs to be fixed every 150mm to 250mm.
