The basic principle of three-dimensional wiring harness safety design The wiring harness design is to meet the electrical and electronic functions of the vehicle, and the three-dimensional wiring harness design is to ensure that the wiring harness must be safe and reliable, convenient and reasonable in installation, and economical and cheap in the environment of the vehicle. Parametric design is one of the key indicators to determine the efficiency of data usage. Parametric design provides convenience for changing the direction of the wiring harness. For example, when a component is changed, the original design parameters can be retained by direct replacement without re-entering or re-routing. For another example, when the position of the component is changed, the direction of the wire harness will follow the change, and the length of the interval will be automatically updated. These are all design conveniences brought by parametric design. For the wiring harness design, we often call it the wiring harness electrification design because of the special electrical modules that use the wiring harness.
