In engineering practice, information such as product failure mode and failure mechanism is generally obtained from FMMEA, which is the so-called failure mode, mechanism and effect analysis. However, it is still difficult to complete the quantitative reliability evaluation of a product only through FMMEA, because the FMMEA provided under normal industrial environmental conditions still lacks the necessary technical details for accelerated test design.
These details can be summarized as follows: ● Corresponding root cause analysis of general product failure; ● Characteristic parameters and failure criteria of failure; ● Working environment and conditions in which the failure occurs.
