In terms of temperature, the wiring harness layout has the following requirements:
● The minimum distance between the wiring harness and the device in the high temperature area above is not less than 150mm, the catalyst needs to be more than 300mm, and a high temperature resistant wrapping material is required.
● Many factors will affect the feasible space for wiring harness layout near the heat source (air flow, heat transfer method, heat degree, etc.), so accurate temperature field data must be obtained to decide how to arrange the wiring harness and what kind of protection to choose. For high-temperature areas, after the prototype is out, it is necessary to conduct temperature field analysis in order to determine the rationality of the wiring harness layout and wiring harness wrapping design.
