High Voltage Electromagnetic Compatibility Design
Since there is a high-voltage AC system on pure electric vehicles, it has strong electromagnetic interference. Therefore, when designing high-voltage wiring harnesses, the power lines and signal lines should be isolated or wired separately; both ends of the power lines should be isolated and grounded to avoid common ground loops. Impedance coupling couples the noise to the signal line; the input and output signal lines should be arranged together to avoid interference; the input and output signal lines should be avoided on the same connector as much as possible, if it cannot be avoided, the input and output signal lines should be staggered.
Precharge circuit protection design
Because there are a large number of capacitive loads at the input end of the high-voltage equipment controller, directly connecting the high-voltage main circuit may produce high-voltage electrical shocks. High voltage devices are precharged.
