Grounding design
In the early stage of designing a high-voltage system, it is necessary to analyze the disturbance characteristics, sensitive characteristics, working levels, signal types and power supply voltages of various components in the high-voltage system; classify and group the ground wires; draw the system layout and system ground wires network.
The low-frequency circuit part below 1MHz adopts single-point grounding, and the high-frequency part above 10MHz adopts multi-point grounding;
The power ground wires are all connected to the power bus ground wire, and the signal ground wires are all connected to the signal bus ground wire. The two bus ground wires are finally aggregated to a common entry point and connected to the vehicle body;
When the signal source is grounded, the shielding layer must be grounded on the signal side;
Use signal isolation transformers, balance transformers, optocouplers and differential amplifiers to isolate the ground loop
