Other considerations
● Distinguish the type of tape, identify the tape specification, and do not use the wrong tape.
● Before wrapping the tape, check the connector for missing branches, incomplete terminals, damage to the connector, wrong use of the connector, falling off of the sealing plug, crossed branches, twisted wires, etc.
● It is generally required to start wrapping the tape from the small branch, and then wrap the trunk. For the full wrapping of small branches, the tape cannot be stretched too long, and reverse glue and leaking lines are not allowed.
● The tape winding should be overlapped tightly and the surface should be smooth.
● The fully wrapped tape should not overlap too much to reduce tape waste and save production time. Spacing windings should be evenly spaced.
● Do not entangle or stick the tape randomly, and do not waste the tape.
● Put forward rationalization suggestions to improve the current wrapping method or tape specification.
● When the tape will be used up, the 5S principle should be followed, the remaining tape should be removed, and the tape and paper ring should be thrown into the corresponding recycling bins.
