Precautions for the direction of the wiring harness
In the limited engine space, reasonable wiring is extremely important. The chaotic wiring is not beautiful, but also causes unnecessary interference, which affects performance, and is also inconvenient for later fault inspection and maintenance.
Therefore, the engine wiring harness needs to pay attention to the following points:
● The direction of the wiring harness should be along the side, groove and other parts of the engine to avoid the wiring harness from being under pressure;
● When wiring the wiring harness, avoid too sharp or sharp edges in the cylinder body or components to prevent the wiring harness corrugated pipe from being worn;
● Try to avoid or keep away from the heat source when wiring, and avoid the fuel pipeline when wiring.
● The sensor or actuator connector should avoid vertical orientation to prevent water and dust;
● The wire harness should be bundled and fixed once at an interval of 150 mm;
● The direction of the wiring harness should be consistent with the direction according to the accessories, and the main wiring harness should be arranged in an oblique direction as far as possible.
