Influence of extrusion head form on extrusion deformation of wire harness
The extrusion force-displacement curves of different extrusion heads are different. Under the same deformation condition, the reaction force of various wire harnesses on the 5 mm steel sheet is the smallest, followed by the M10 bolt, and the largest reaction force on the 20 mm steel sheet. This shows that with the increase of the extrusion contact area, the tolerance of the wire harness also increases. In the actual collision condition, the larger the extrusion area of the surrounding parts of the same wire harness, the smaller the deformation of the wire harness when it is compressed. . Therefore, in the early layout, the wiring harness should be arranged as much as possible in the plane area with a large contact area with the surrounding parts, that is, the friendly interface of the wiring harness.
