Cement-proof operation generally does not require special equipment. Generally, it only needs to train employees in place and cooperate with appropriate operating specifications and techniques to achieve a good waterproof effect.
So when the wire harness factory is produced, how should the anti-cement and rubber parts be installed to avoid water leakage as much as possible?
● First move the rubber part to the side of the cement-proof installation point
● Divide the wires into equal parts according to the number of wires
● Lay the wire flat on the waterproof adhesive film. The same method for multiple films (requires that the wires can be tiled and not overlapped)
● Put the film on the top layer of the wire
