Vehicle wiring harness assembly and maintenance requirements:
The connector of the wiring harness is recommended to be placed in a position that can be reached by hand, or after simply disassembling some parts, it can be accessed and plugged;
It is not recommended to arrange connectors of the same model in adjacent positions to avoid mis-insertion during the assembly process and damage to the wiring harness and electrical appliances;
Cable ties, clips and other wiring harness accessories on the wiring harness should be brought on the wiring harness as much as possible to avoid on-site assembly affecting the production rhythm;
When the chassis wiring harness passes through the first beam, a guide bracket shall be designed near the beam to protect the passage of the wire harness;
Mark points should be added for the chassis wiring harness at the first beam, the wiring hole of the wiring harness, the centerline of the front axle, and the flywheel housing to facilitate wiring harness installation;
To check the assembly tool space of the bolts on the wiring harness, it is necessary to check with electric tools;
It is necessary to understand the assembly process and tooling of the wiring harness, and consider the impact of the tooling on the wiring harness design.
