Inspection results: The test personnel replaced the measuring vehicle speed sensor and the combination instrument for temporary troubleshooting, and found that the fault still existed. The wiring harness engineer went to the site to conduct troubleshooting on the spot. 2.5 V, does not meet the normal working requirements.
Cause analysis: After inspection, the wiring harness engineer found that the junction of the power wire of the engine wiring harness to the vehicle speed sensor was not wrapped and was exposed and damaged, resulting in excessive wire resistance, and the power supply voltage of the vehicle speed sensor was too low to work normally.
Corrective measures: Increase the quality management of engine wiring harnesses, and make corresponding adjustments to the sampling method and frequency of wiring harness products.
