Inspection results: The wiring harness engineer went to the site for inspection and found that the internal terminals of the engine wiring harness connected to the rail pressure regulating valve sensor connector were slightly ablated, and the connector lacked the locking piece.
Cause analysis: There is a lack of locking tabs on the sheath, and the terminal can move in the sheath, resulting in poor contact between the wiring harness and the rail pressure regulating valve sensor.
Corrective measures: Increase product quality control of connector suppliers, and strive for full product inspection.
