Physical connection completed, but not charging properly
When the user plugs in the charging gun, the “charging cable connection indicator” on the meter lights up normally, but it cannot be charged normally. Generally, troubleshooting can be carried out in the following order:
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, check whether the instrument has a fault indicator light on, and use the diagnostic instrument to read whether there is a fault code in the vehicle. If the vehicle has a fault code related to the power battery system, CAN bus communication, and on-board charger , troubleshoot related faults first, and try to charge the vehicle again;
If the vehicle still cannot be charged normally, check whether the slow charging insurance is open for slow charging. If the insurance is normally connected, check whether the temperature sensor, electronic lock and feedback signal pins of the charging socket are normal; for fast charging, directly check the charging socket. Whether the temperature sensor, electronic lock and feedback signal pins are normal.
