Thick Film Pressure Sensors
This sensor is a new type of force-sensitive sensor. It is developed by using the piezoresistive effect of thick film resistors. Its strain resistance is a thick film ruthenate resistor with piezoresistive effect, which is directly printed and sintered on the ceramic elastomer by thick film technology. After high temperature firing, the strain resistance and the ceramic body are firmly combined, and do not need to be pasted. This form avoids the disadvantage that the commonly used stress-type force sensitive sensor is prone to aging due to the pasting process. Thick film strain resistance has stable performance, high temperature resistance, and its temperature coefficient is more than an order of magnitude smaller than that of diffused silicon.
