The double-acting barrel shock absorber is generally composed of 4 valves, 3 cylinders, two lifting ears, and a piston and piston rod.
The cylinder barrel is a dust cover. The cylinder barrel is an oil storage cylinder, which contains part of the oil, and its lower end is connected with the axle through a lifting lug welded with the base. The cylinder barrel is a working cylinder, which is filled with oil, and the upper end is sealed. The upper end of the piston rod 1 is welded together with the dust cover and the lifting ear to be fixed to the frame, and the lower end is equipped with a piston. The piston divides the working cylinder into upper and lower chambers. There are expansion valves and flow valves on the piston. A compression valve and a compensation valve are installed on the support at the lower part of the working cylinder. The flow valve and compensating valve have soft springs, and lower oil pressure can make them close or open. The springs of the compression valve and the expansion valve are hard and require a large oil pressure to open, and the oil pressure decreases immediately and closes immediately.
